Subscriptions, restoring and refunds

If you subscribed and the app still shows the free version, open the subscription screen and tap Restore purchases, making sure you are signed in with the account you bought it on. Subscriptions renew automatically and are cancelled in your store account — on iPhone under your Apple Account subscriptions, on Android under Payments and subscriptions in the Play Store. Refunds are issued by the store, so requests have to go through Apple or Google.
