The app won't connect

Try another server first — a single server can be busy or temporarily down, and switching is faster than any other fix. Open Server location, pick a different country, and connect again. If no server works, turn Wi-Fi off and try mobile data (or the other way round): the problem is usually the network, not the app. Still nothing? Restart your device, then try once more. Most connection failures are caused by the network you are on, which is why changing network or server solves the large majority of them.
